Between brothers the greater is (always) the most intelligent

OSLO - The first-born are more intelligent. To support a research conducted by the University of Oslo who, having undergone 250 thousand males between 18 and 20 years an intelligence test, has decreed that his older brothers have an IQ higher than that of the second and third child.

The cause is not genetic, but educational. It would seem, in fact, that parents devote more attention to the first child. The stimulus and the care that mothers and fathers invest on the first born would ensure that this development in a much higher IQ than someone who is, in proportion, "neglected".

According to research, the minor children are less equipped for this reason and more older brothers have, the more their IQ decreases. All true? According to Kristensen, author and promoter of the study, yes. But, like all rules, this one has its exceptions. That confirms it.
